Single paper covered conductor: Total has 9 production lines, 11 heads; annual production capacity is 3000 tons. Multiple conductors: Total has 3 production lines, 3 heads; annual production capacity is 3000 tons.

Product introduction
Paper covered wires is a type of winding wire made by oxygen-free copper rod or electric round aluminum rod which drawn or extruded by dies with special size, then wrapped with special insulation materials. Multiple wires are made by a number of winding wire pr copper wire、aluminum wire according to required arrangement, then wrapped with special insulation materials.Mainly be used in windings of oil-immersed transformer、reactor、and other electric devices.

Paper covered round copper、aluminum conductor:3.00mm≤conductor diameter d≤6.00mm
Multiple copper、aluminum conductor:
Thickness a:1.00mm-4.00mm
Width b:5.00mm-20.00mm
Rectangular hardened copper conductor:
Thickness a:1.00mm-2.50mm
Width b:5.00mm-15.00mm
Polyvinyl acetal enameled over coated bondable epoxy resin conductor:
Thickness a:1.0mm-2.50mm
Width b:5.00mm-15.00mm

Materials
Soft copper used for paper covered or multiple rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584.2-85,the resistivity is not more than 0.01724Ω·mm2/m at 20°.According to different mechanical strength, below proof stress Rp0.2 is recommended:
C1 Rp0.2(>100~180)N/ mm2
C2 Rp0.2(>180~220)N/ mm2
C3 Rp0.2(>220~260)N/ mm2
Rectangular aluminum used for paper covered wire pr multiple conductors shall conform to GB5584.3-85,the resistivity is not more than 0.0280Ω·mm2/m at 20°.

Kraft paper、High-density insulation paper、Thermally up-graded paper、Nxmex-410

Structure design
Multiple conductors are made of two or more rectangular winding wires according to arrangement that wide border or narrow border overlapped. Multiple conductors could be divided into flat wise、side by side、and edge wise.
